These terms cover your use of the website at trufriend.ai and the TruFriend app at app.trufriend.ai. It is operated by Tothiq AI Services & Solutions, a company licensed in Kuwait.

What this website is

This website introduces TruFriend.ai and lets you join a list to receive an invitation. Joining the list does not create an account and does not guarantee membership. Invited founding members can create an account in the TruFriend app at app.trufriend.ai; these terms also apply to that account, and we will ask you to accept any updated terms in the app.

Who may use it

You must be 18 or older to join the launch list or use TruFriend.

Friendship only

TruFriend is a platform for friendships and shared activities. It is not a dating or matchmaking service.

Acceptable use

Do not submit someone else's email address, false information, spam, or anything unlawful or offensive, and do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website.

Content

The TruFriend.ai name, logo and website content belong to their owner. Example profiles, plans and circles shown on this website are illustrations of how the service will work, not real members.

Member accounts

If you join the TruFriend app, you also agree to our community rules. You must give true details about yourself, use a real photo of yourself only, and keep one account. You are responsible for what you post and send; you keep ownership of it and let us show it to the members you are introduced to so the service can work. New profile photos are reviewed before other members can see them, and we may decline or remove any photo. TruFriend offers text messages only, with no voice or video calls.

These terms are also available in Arabic. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version applies where the law requires it; otherwise the English version applies.

Meeting other members

TruFriend introduces members but does not check their identity or background and does not organise, attend or supervise meetings. You decide whether and where to meet, and you do so at your own risk. Please follow our meetup guidelines and safety tips.

Reports, suspension and ending your account

We may review reports, remove content, warn members, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our community rules, and we report illegal content and serious matters to the authorities. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account.

No warranties

TruFriend is provided "as is" while we prepare for a wider launch. Launch dates, features and availability may change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
